Returns and Refund Policy

At Master Tech Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please review our policy on returns and refunds below.
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and other applicable laws in New Zealand.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

You received the wrong item

You changed your mind (in some cases, see Section 5)
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in its original packaging

Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
2. Timeframe for Returns
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and (if applicable) photos of the item.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
5. Change of Mind
We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion. In such cases:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A restocking fee may apply.

Digital products or custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to arrange this.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Downloadable software or digital products

Gift cards or vouchers

Items on clearance/sale (unless faulty)
8. Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the error was ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
